KeepStamp provides digital loyalty and stamp card features for customers and participating merchants. Features may include QR stamping, reward tracking, merchant profiles, and redemption flows.
3. Merchant responsibility
Merchants are responsible for ensuring their campaign details, reward conditions, outlet information, and customer-facing descriptions are accurate and lawful.

Rewards are subject to the terms set by each merchant. KeepStamp may display the information, but the merchant remains responsible for honouring approved campaigns and conditions.
6. Account access
Users are responsible for keeping their account details secure. Suspicious, abusive, or unauthorised activity may result in restriction or suspension.
7. Changes to service
KeepStamp may update, improve, suspend, or modify features from time to time to maintain service quality and platform security.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeepStamp is not liable for indirect losses, merchant disputes, campaign errors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
