How do I collect stamps?
Open KeepStamp, scan the merchant QR, add the card, and let the merchant give stamps after your purchase.
## Why do I need to verify my mobile number?
Mobile verification helps merchants confirm the correct customer before giving stamps or processing rewards.
## Where can I see redeemed rewards?
Open Profile, then History. Redeemed rewards are shown in your history page.
## What happens if I delete my account?
Your profile and stamps may be permanently removed. Deleted stamps cannot be recovered.
## Can a merchant give stamps without my QR code?
The safest way is to show your customer QR code. This helps the merchant add stamps to the correct customer account.
## Why is my reward card not showing?
Redeemed cards are moved out of the active card page. You can check redeemed rewards from Profile, then History.
